Accessibility at Raven Place

Accessibility

Raven Place is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors. As a takeaway food van located on a working regenerative farm, our site features natural, uneven terrain including gravel, grass and sloping areas, which may present accessibility challenges for some guests. We encourage you to contact us before your visit so we can discuss your individual needs and do our best to accommodate them where possible.

Facilities

Please note that Raven Place operates as a takeaway food van only. Due to the nature of our operation and our rural location, customer toilet facilities are not available on site.

If you have any questions about accessibility, parking, assistance animals, seating, dietary requirements or any other aspect of your visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We are happy to provide information in advance to help you plan your visit and ensure the best possible experience.

Our Commitment

At Raven Place, we believe everyone should feel welcome.

We're committed to providing a friendly and inclusive experience for all visitors and are continually looking for ways to improve accessibility. As we're a small takeaway food van operating on a working regenerative farm, our facilities differ from those of a traditional café or visitor attraction. We aim to provide clear information so you can plan your visit with confidence.

If you have any accessibility requirements or would like to discuss your visit before arriving, please contact us. We'll always do our best to assist where possible.

Before You Visit

Raven Place is located on a working farm in Clothiers Creek, NSW.

Please note:

  • Our site includes natural surfaces such as gravel, grass and uneven ground.

  • Some areas may become muddy or slippery after rain.

  • Parking is on a grass or gravel surface.

  • We operate as a takeaway food van with outdoor seating.

  • Customer toilet facilities are not available.

Mobility Access

Visitors using walking aids, wheelchairs or mobility scooters are welcome; however, due to the natural farm environment, accessibility varies across the property.

If you have mobility requirements, we recommend contacting us before your visit so we can advise on current conditions and the most suitable parking and access options.

Public Toilets

Public Toilets are not available.

Assistance Animals

We welcome all dogs on leads.

Dietary Requirements

Our menu includes a range of options, and we're happy to discuss dietary requirements where possible.

If you have food allergies, coeliac disease or specific dietary needs, please let our team know before ordering. While we take great care in food preparation, our small kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.  We recognise that not everyone's dietary needs can be met by our menu. Visitors with dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions or other accessibility requirements are welcome to bring a packed meal.

Families

Children are welcome but should be supervised at all times, as Raven Place is a working farm with a creek, vehicles, animals and agricultural activities occurring nearby.

Customer Access Feedback

Norma walker access at Raven place .jpg
"I've been to Raven Place many times and I have no problem with coming in or pushing my walker around."

Norma, Hearing Impaired and has a walker

Norma pointed out the ground was firm and there is one step up into the shack, which Norma has no problem with.  She said the distance between our tables makes it easy for her to move about.
